Warehouse and Customer Support operations for the May holidays

🌿 Spring holidays — Warehouse & Customer Support schedule.

❗️Monday, 21.04 – day off. The warehouse is closed, couriers do not deliver, and customer support is also offline. (the whole team is off for the holiday)

Now, here's our May holiday schedule:

🛑 Thursday, 01.05 – official public holiday. Everyone’s on a picnic — warehouse, couriers, and support are all off.
⚠️ Friday, 02.05 – the warehouse is working 💪, but couriers might be hard to find (semi-holiday). Customer support operates as usual.
🚫 Saturday, 03.05 – customer support is offline. We're out recharging in nature 🌼
📦 Monday, 05.05 – work resumes, but some delays may occur after the long weekend. Couriers might be in "slow turtle 🐢" mode. Support team is online as normal.
