Everyone from the 2% level and above on the Marketing Plan

Terms:

Grow your business each period and earn points for your actions:

For reaching a new level in the Marketing Plan:
4% - 20 points
6% - 30 points
8% - 50 points
10% - 75 points
12% - 100 points
14% - 150 points
17% - 250 points (does not count for Director's Baskets)

For personal sales:
For sales of 150€ - 199,99€; → 15 points
For sales of 200€ - 299,99€ ; → 25 points
For sales of 300€ - 499,99€; → 35 points
For sales of 500€ or more; → 50 points

For each Newcomer in your 1st line who completes all 3 steps of the Start Program – 25 points.
For increasing the number of active Customers in your 1st line – 5 points for each.
*the number of active customers is calculated on the basis of the annual average value. The annual average value is the sum of the active customers over the last 18 periods, divided by 18.

Example

By the end of period 15/2024:
You reached the Partner level 12% under the Marketing Plan for the first time – 100 points.
Your Personal sales (PV) were 150€ – 15 points.
Number of active Customers in your 1st line increased by 10 Customers – 50 points.
New Customers who completed 3 steps – 3 Customers – 75 points.
Total points for period 15/2024 – 240 points.

You will be able to check your accumulated points and view the selection of gifts in your Personal Office, under the new section "Grow And Get"!

GROW AND GET for Directors!*

New opportunities to earn points by sharing your knowledge and experience:

1️⃣ Earn 250 points for online training for the mihi community

Who can apply?
If you have specialized knowledge in areas such as nutrition, cosmetology, makeup, etc.
If you are ready to share your work methods in recruitment, sales, team building and motivation, leadership development, digital tools usage, and more.

‼️ Important:
Training sessions are conducted only after your application is approved. The training participants include all mihi leaders and customers who speak your language!

Points will be awarded after the training based on the period’s results.

2️⃣ Earn 100 points for an offline presentation or masterclass from the level Leader (8%) in MP

Conduct an offline company presentation or a product masterclass for potential customers and leaders (minimum 10 participants).

Receive 100 points at the end of the period if your personal group volume exceeds the annual average.
The annual average for leaders from 8% to 17% is calculated as the total personal group volume over the last 18 periods, divided by 18.
For Senior Directors and above — it includes the volume of the personal group + 1 line, also averaged over 18 periods.

Important
If you conduct the presentation together with other leaders, only ONE leader can receive the points!
The maximum you can earn in one period is 300 points.
Receive points based on the period’s results.

3️⃣ Earn 25 points for speaking at the company's final Zoom meeting

*The company reserves the right to select training programs that we consider effective and necessary at the given moment at its sole discretion.

Earn 50% of the points for each growing Leader in your personal group who reaches a new level of the Marketing Plan for the first time!
Example: If your Leader reaches the 8% level for the first time (earning 50 points), you will receive 25 points.

*Applications are accepted (not related to the offline presentations or workshops), and points are awarded only if you have achieved the Director level or higher in the most recently closed period. Both confirmed and unconfirmed statuses are eligible.
