1️⃣ Earn 250 points for online training for the mihi community
Who can apply?
▪️ If you have specialized knowledge in areas such as nutrition, cosmetology, makeup, etc.
▪️ If you are ready to share your work methods in recruitment, sales, team building and motivation, leadership development, digital tools usage, and more.

‼️ Important: Training sessions are conducted only after your application is approved. The training participants include all mihi leaders and customers who speak your language!

▪️ Points will be awarded after the training based on the period’s results.

2️⃣ Earn 50 points for an offline presentation or masterclass
▪️ Starting from 01.03.2025, conduct an offline company presentation or a product masterclass for potential customers and leaders (minimum 10 participants).

▪️ Receive points based on the period’s results.

3️⃣ Earn 25 points for speaking at the company's final Zoom meeting
▪️ If you are ready to share your experience, product knowledge, effective work methods, etc., submit your application below to participate in the next final Zoom meeting for period 4/2025.

▪️ Receive points based on the period’s results.

💥 And a NEW condition starting from period 3/2025:
Earn 50% of the points for each growing Leader in your personal group who reaches a new level of the Marketing Plan for the first time!

Example:
If your Leader reaches the 8% level for the first time (earning 50 points), you will receive 25 points.

*Applications are accepted, and points are awarded only if you have achieved the Director level or higher in the most recently closed period. Both confirmed and unconfirmed statuses are eligible.
The first points for the listed activities will be awarded based on the results of period 03/2025.
